Sign In To Your Puntit Account
You can sign in to your Puntit account from a PC or laptop using a standard web browser, or from a mobile phone and tablet through the mobile site. The login form uses the same details on every device, so you can switch between desktop and mobile without creating a separate profile.
Access to the personal area requires an existing account: you need the email address (or username, if you set one) and the password you registered with. Once signed in, the account section is where you manage balances, view transaction history, and complete identity checks required under UK-facing compliance before withdrawals are processed.
Account Login Security At Puntit
- 2FA: Puntit supports two-factor authentication using time-based one-time codes from an authenticator app. After you switch it on in account settings, the site asks for your password plus a 6-digit code at sign-in, and it prompts again when you log in from a new device or browser.
- Password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email, banking, or other gambling sites. Aim for 12+ characters with a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols; avoid names, dates, and predictable patterns. Store it in a password manager and change it immediately if you suspect your email or device has been compromised.
- Notifications: Puntit sends security alerts for events such as new logins, password changes, 2FA changes, and email or phone updates. Keep these alerts enabled, check that the contact details on file are current, and treat any message you did not trigger as a sign to reset your password and review active sessions straight away.
Account Checks After Login At Puntit
After you sign in, Puntit runs account checks to meet UK anti-money laundering rules and to confirm you are old enough to gamble. You can usually browse and play while checks are pending, but withdrawals and some payment actions can be blocked until verification is complete.
When Verification Is Triggered
Verification is requested when the account activity creates a compliance requirement or when the details on the account cannot be matched reliably. Puntit also asks for checks before paying out funds in many cases, because UK-facing operators must verify identity before allowing withdrawals.
- First withdrawal: Puntit requests verification before it releases funds to a bank or payment method.
- Large deposits or unusual patterns: Higher-value funding, rapid changes in behaviour, or multiple payment methods can trigger extra checks.
- Mismatch in personal details: Name, date of birth, or address not matching the payment method or credit reference data can trigger a manual review.
- Change of key details: Updating your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, or device can lead to re-checks.
- Payment method risk flags: Chargebacks, failed deposits, or third-party payment indicators can trigger an investigation.
- Age or location uncertainty: If automated checks cannot confirm you are 18+ and in an allowed location, Puntit asks for documents.
Documents Puntit Typically Requests
Puntit usually asks for clear colour photos or scans, with all four corners visible. Details must match the Puntit account and the payment method used.
- ID: UK passport, UK photocard driving licence, or a national identity card (if accepted). Some cases require a selfie or short video with the ID to confirm liveness.
- Address: Utility bill (gas, electricity, water), council tax bill, bank or building society statement, or HMRC/DWP letter. These are typically required to be recent (often within the last 3 months; council tax can be current-year
